After free diagnostics, we'll contact you to confirm repair costs and timeline. Once complete, the device passes testing, and after payment, we ship it back to you.
Important: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (to and from our facility) and proper packaging. We recommend insurance for valuable items. Contact us before shipping to confirm availability and discuss your specific needs.
We provide free diagnostics for all devices within 3 days of receipt. Free diagnostics do not include soldering or any paid services. All paid services are agreed upon in advance. You'll receive a detailed report and repair quote before any work begins.
Standard diagnostics completed within 3 days. Repair work typically takes additional time depending on parts availability and complexity.
Payment is due after repair completion. We accept cash, e-transfer, and other electronic payment methods. No surprise charges – you approve the quote first.
All repairs come with a 14-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue that the device originally came in with reoccurs within this period, we'll fix it at no charge.
If repair is not possible or cost-effective, we'll notify you immediately. Your device will be returned at no charge except for return shipping.
